Soutern Meet - 10th June - (Cobham)

CANCELLED

So the Northern Monkeys have had their meet and I couldn't attend despite attempting it so now it's time to plan a Southern meet.

I made a pole before and "early june" was better for most. Half term is around these weekends so people with kids might need to double check.

Location: Fair mile pub, Cobham: KT11 1BW

Date - 10th June.

List of attendees:
1) chris-c

Well done chris. Would be good to get this in the diary.

I can only make the 10th, as will be away on family hols until and including the weekend of 2nd/3rd. Actually 10th would be perfect as I'll be picking my car up from the detailers the day before.

I might come to this one - 400 mile round trip for me. Cost about six grand in the M4......

Honourary membership as you've 'got prior'.

10th is good for me, so it's in the diary,

Would be good to get a convoy going again, let's also get a route planned ahead of time for a drive after lunch,

This is also on the same day (10th) might be some extra police presence that day

https://www.pistonheads.com/gassing/...f=65&t=1737821

I could do the 3rd but the 10th is far better for me.

Def would have made the trip down as only fair after Jay made the effort to venture North. But I'm away on biz 2nd thru the 10th June, if date's change then I will def make the journey as use to be a great drive down there..

I can do either at the moment, so happy to go with whatever works best for others.

Okay well the tenth gets it then. I'll ping a few people who have shown interest before in a post when I'm at a laptop rather than my phone.

Would have definitely come down but I'm in Monaco and returning on the evening of the 10th. I'll save you the trouble of reaching out to me.

Also sorry you couldn't make it Chris! How bad was the windscreen damage?

From checking out where the meet is, I might overnight at the Premier inn.

That sound like an idea to any of those travelling a fair distance ?

You will win, I am soooo smooth.

Can't beat a full body shave and a BCS waxing.

Back on topic.

I think it's about £45 for the premier inn at the moment.
