Generally I am a massive fan of the bmw satnav. The data for it apparently comes from Sensis. Just had a look at a few new roads - the Hunter Expressway is there, but it doesn't appear to be a freeway, and it's got the wrong name. Same again for the extension of the Inner City Bypass to Sandgate.

And that's why its a joke charging what they do for it.

hey mate,
no it didn't.
i reached out to the email that was in the instructions.txt file. looks like my car didn't come with a pre-loaded code.

tempting... on my F31 MY 13.5 NBT to update my 2013 maps.

On the side note, i have updated all my iDrive/Bluetooth to the latest version. Does any one experience the following issues with iPhone with lightning cable.

I have two bluetooth connected iPhone 5 to my iDrive. WOrk for just bluetooth, personal for bluetooth streaming, data and calls.

When i plug any of my iphones using USB port, both of my iphone won't charge and flicking charging-disconnect all the times, and requires 5-10 times of unplugging/plugging back to USB cable to settle down and charge.

Stealer wants to sell me the cradle last time because it's not certified by BMW. I said you go and sue Apple official lightning cable not compatible with a standard USB port! or I demand you fix it with your computer geeks!

Anyone else experience this annoying charging issue?

I have exactly the same issue with my USB port.

I have an old iPhone plugged into my cradle for music and whenever I plug my phone into the USB to charge it flashed and beeps same as yours. I have also tried it with my old iPhone and my Sons iPhone and exactly the same thing happens.

I don't have the comfort cradle thing and the lightning cable charges my 5S with no issue.

i showed it to my stealership in R. Bay with video showing on both of my iphones. sure they know the issues but not going to address them! National recalls.... it was so frustrating that i can't charge my iphones especially every 3 weeks going up to Port Stephens to visit the old man... it just drains battery like magnets not only on my Tesltra (work) and Virgin/Optus (personal) iPhone 5 but also on my partner's Galaxy S3...

need to take my car for oil change in 200k so will tell them to fix it if possible.
