Tax changes to 430d lci

A little confused ant the tax changes coming into force . Lci 430d currently is 500 road tax a year

Will that still be the same post April 2018

Surely is £450 (£140 std petrol/ diesel + £310 over £40k list)

Where have these different value come from (£500 + £480)

Wow I didn't know that they hammer you for 5 years if the list price (which no one pays!) is over 40k

FFS I thought my tax would go down after selling my 335i and getting a 335d but looks like I was wrong !

Should be the same after April but you can bet your bottom dollar it's going to start creeping up over the next year or so, it certainly won't go down unless the government do a policy u-turn...........unlikely!!
