Damaged 397 wheel
I've damaged my right front wheel when parking.. :S The damage is in between 2 spokes on the outside of the rim. Its about 1cm, not very deep, there is just a little chip of paint and metal missing.
Can te 397 wheel be fixed only at that spot? |

I'm not sure about the Netherlands, but there are mobile wheel repair guys here who can fix just about any wheel finish (except chrome) to where the damage is not even noticeable without even taking it off the car.

I got 2 wheels damage as I drive thru the stupid touchless carwash, the control scrape both my left wheel. I took it to the wheel guy and they said these are cut from factory, polish and clear coat, so there is no paint on it. Probably have to grind down and re clear, but it won't be 100% perfect.

+1 to the above comments, it can definitely be repaired!
If a painted finish, a wheel repair specialist will smooth out the area and then paint. Depending how much metal is missing, they may even add some material after smoothing and re-shape prior to paint. If it is a machined or polished wheel, it can still be touched up. A polished wheel can simply be smoothed, then polished & cleared. If a good chunk is missing, it may be a little tricky. BTW, Blake P, Blake from AZ? |

I have made a call to the "rimdoctor" and they are able to fix it. They are going to make it smooth by sanding it and clear coating it.
The damage is similar to the pictures above |
