We used to get both our BMW F30s serviced at BMW of San Francisco - our service advisor was awesome (Tuongvi Tran), easily the best I've ever worked with.

But, all good things come to an end and I found out recently that she no longer works for BMW of SF.

Anyone in the bay area service their cars at BMW of SF and have a recommendation on service advisor there?

Thanks Labeef, I'll look them up to bring my car in for service. The service advisor I went to was great and remembered everything about my service history, and was super helpful every time I was there. It's not that big of a deal, but I was bummed she left. Hope to find another one there like that.

Thanks Charlie! Concord is a bit far from me but I'll keep that in mind if I'm in that area.
