Connecteddrive problem
Hi everyone I'm hoping someone might be able to help me. I wanted to use Spotify through connecteddrive so I created an account. The account is set up, it's connected to the VIN number of the car and the services are all active however the car just says no connection now no matter what I go to (weather, news, store, etc). Before I set up my account everything was working but I couldn't use the Spotify app. Does anyone know what I have done wrong? I have emailed support from the website but still waiting for a reply.

Are you plugging in your phone then opening the connecteddrive app?

Thanks for the reply. I tried that after watching a YouTube video but it didn't help. It still says no connection on the idrive display.
