For Europe NEXT 2016-1, the SgbmId id is NAVD_000014B9_255_002_183.

But, you don't need the "SgbmId id=". All you need to do is copy older Europe NEXT data into a new one and change only the following:

"SWID_FscShort="00A90008"
"name="Road Map EUROPE Next 2016-1"

FSC Generator does not consider any other fields in the record.
