Will the "Profile" recognize the seat positions?

Yes. (Except for lateral support.) Will also recognize mirror positions. And radio presets. And memorized shortcuts on the 8-buttons.

I can get it to recognize everything other than the seat positions and mirror

Do you have the "save seat position with profile" option set in the iDrive settings?

If not, then check it and it will remember the seat positions for each fob.

You may also have to setup a different profile for each fob too.

It even distinguishes the profile based on the key flob.

I started from scratch twice and made sure everything was checked and still no luck with the seat and mirrors when using the profile. I also exported all the information in the USB and it says successfull.Every thing else is ok except seat and mirrors.

Tried again and it finally is working the way everybody is telling me Thank you The only thing it won't let me do is rename each profile.

Everything works for me including the side mirrors.Like I said I can't rename the profiles.

I could not reset the profiles until I turned the vehicle off for awhile, removed the fob, and then came back and turned on the ignition (didn't start the car). Perhaps that is the issue.

I'm not sure if this is right thread to ask this question but is there a keyfob feature that allows one to fold the front seat of the e92 as one unlocks the door so that rear passenger to get in a bit faster? I'm just curious if that kind of feature will make it in to the f32...
