Perhaps just like the 335is, Z435is M6,M5 etc the LC is not available till after a certain amount of miles, usually abotu 1500 miles for break in.

It all software programing so the demo car had an exception

This LC method is almost identical to the DCT N54, and N55 cars. Good luck tuning these cars and being able to use LC effectively.
