Since it was an upgrade and not standard equipment with the car, I feel it was a fair deal. I paid $1500 (including tax) for everything. The kit itself with the 2 rear rotors is $3500. Then $1000 for Labor, $200 for stainless steel brake lines, plus brake fluid, etc. It would have cost me $5000 just for that upgrade, so $1500 out the door was a fair deal in my mind.

The M Performance Brakes are unbelievable! I had the stock rotors and calibers in my hand and then the M Performance in the other. The M Performance are massive and the quality is much better. Plus they look awesome!!

Had them installed at the dealer. They did a great job and they are functional. They are 5000K, which match the 5000K bulbs I had them install as well. I had them wire them up to stay on all the time, even with high beams.

Dealer claimed it was 10 hours, which is hard to believe, so we negotiated 3 hrs labor for the job. They do need to cut part of the plastic grill in the intake to make the lights fit flush and functional.

They look incredible in person and far exceeded my expectations, which are high to start with.
Those look really clean, dealer did a great install job. How are the tapped into your car? Just turn on when your lights go on?

Yep. Even got them wired to stay on when high beams come on, looks like factory the way they have them integrated into the grills. Bright as hell. Feel sorry for the folks coming in the opposite direction. You can drive at night with just those illuminating the road.

Can you toggle them on/off without changing the other light settings? Possibly turn them down any way (usually LED's can pulse to be dimmer)? I turned up the brightness up on my DRL's, but they are focused pretty downward. Blinding on-coming traffic probably isn't a good call, especially if the light isn't focused. Nothing worse then seeing aftermarket insanely bright HID's on some oncoming car, which are usually dirty and all cockeyed cause they weren't installed correctly. Not a dig on yours, just sayin OEM lights will generally not blind above a certain horizontal plane.

I have rear fogs that I enable when someone tailgates - makes them stop 80% of the time.

They can be dimmed down. There is a switch to do it or you can switch to auto. They are supposed to dim at night and then brighten during the day.

Cool, sounds like a hell of a system for $200.

I looked at a few others, but this was the best and I would highly recommend to anyone looking to do the same.

I really want to do this but my M Sport has fog lights. Can I simply replace these fog lights with the LED ones you have?

I would assume you would need to remove your lights all together, probably the grills as well and install the grills off a US model, that way, you won't have the round hole there where you removed your fogs. Then just wire it up. Might be able to tap into the same wiring harness off the factory fogs.

I did as I was told, great advice thanks

So, I have a question.

The carbon fiber/Alcantera doesn't show up on the online builder.... Did you just have to ask the dealership?
