No Heat, No A/C, No Fans

Hey everyone. I apologize if this isn't the right forum for this.

I have a 2016 320i in my driveway right now and I've just noticed that the heat/ac does not work. My wife had taken the car on a 1k km trip over the past few days and I noticed the A/C switch was ON when she arrived home, though she said she didn't have the A/C on. I didn't think anything of it until I drove it around today and the windows started fogging up and the cabin became very warm.

It appears that the hvac isn't working at all. I recorded a quick video of me cycling through all the settings without any success. All 4 front and the rear vents are open, so that's not the problem. Front defrost doesn't do anything either.

Any thoughts? My wife has to take it tomorrow morning and will be a problem if it's cold out and she has no heat.

Thanks!

If the fan isn't even working, that's a dealer trip for sure.

That's what I figured. It's not my car, but a loaner haha. I was hoping it might need a battery nap to fix itself out. My wife better bundle up tomorrow.

Perhaps it's something as simple as a blown fuse ...

I was thinking this as well, I'll give it a quick check.

It worked before she left, but I'm not sure when it would have stopped. I haven't driven it much to know for sure. She didn't complain about anything when she got home.

Well I checked the 4 fuses for the fan according to the primitive fuse guide in the trunk, all seem to be fine. Any other suggestions? If not I'll just take the car back today instead of Sunday.
