Haha... friendly advice: don't post replies when you're drunk or high. It's not humanly possible to think 4gc is hideous

4 series coupe is indeed the best looking bimmer out there, and I think BMW did an amazing job of adding 2 more doors without disrupting the design. It's a design masterpiece.

To my eyes they are both beautiful designs. When I see a 2 door right after I've seen a GC (like in that GIF), the 2 door appears to have a lot of sheetmetal aft of the doors that has nothing to do. It looks a little like the coupe is the GC minus the rear doors instead of the other way around, if you get my meaning.

In any case I don't see a lot of look sacrifice in ordering the GC over the coupe. It's at least equally good looking. It is a hundred pounds heavier, but that's a small concession. I find myself most conflicted in the choice by the absence of the manual transmission in the GC. What's up with that.

I think Manual and M versions will come soon for the GC.

An M version of this would look fantastic!

In fact, overseas Audi sells the A5 Sportback, which looks just like the A5 with 4-doors. Very similar to the 4 series GC/Coupe. Like the GC, the A5 Sportback is also a beauty to look out, even more so than the regular A4.

This hits home I'm in love with the f36 as well!
Such a beautiful car just wish the standard rims were a bit wider as I'm afraid of spacers

I'm also dumbfounded about you guys not having a manual I love it in my 28i! Except in traffic god I wish I had a tiny traffic assistant for that

I do like the sport seats but maybe cushioning is something you only miss after having experienced it in any case I think they support wonderfully and look pretty cool! Never had any lower back aches since I had this, which did occur infrequently in the E90!

About closing the hatch with the key, I can just long press to keep closing it, release and it stops.. Not sure why you can't? Is this an American safety feature because someone managed to kill themselves in one?

Definitely go for coding it's fairly easy and I love the small differences it can make!

Thanks! I just hit 20k miles and I think I need to post an update. My car looks a little different and has broken in nicely. Will try to get an update here this weekend.

i see you have the m performance rear diffuser in matte black. Is there a particular reason why you left in matter black vs painting it to match with CB? Im getting one tmr and i still cant decide to leave it matte black or finish it in CB. What are your thoughts?

And do you mind sharing more brighter photos of your rear end please?

Awesome review. I love my 335 but if I had the $$$ and didn't drive 20k miles per year I would've definitely leased the 435. Oh well. I will just have to wait until 2019 to get my 440!!
