We gave you multiple ways of easily identifying it but you still haven't said whether or not you tried anything?
If it wiped up easily it was probably washer fluid. You can confirm this by opening the hood, lifting the cover, and looking in the tank. If it all leaked out the tank will likely be empty or extremely low.

I usually do the smell test and rub the liquid between two fingers to check the viscosity for any puddles under cars. Seeing that much fluid can be a bit unsettling, but it looks like washer fluid as you and others have mentioned.
I'm interested in the outcome though. It would suck if the washer fluid reservoir was prone to leakage. |
