320d M Sport - Another which....

....tyre thread.

Sorry guys. I need to replace my tyres and I currently have GY EfficientGrip run flats.

So first things first. I don't want run flats any more. However, having just bought a house, I'm a little tight on cash so I'd like to replace my rubber in two's, starting with the rears as they are on the limit.

I need something that will last (I do 32k miles per year), yet give me decent grip, and work well in the wet. I live in the South of Spain so temperatures never really drop below 10C so I'm not interested in all-season or winter tyres. Summer only please.

What are the recommended options?

I was thinking a set of Goodyear Eagle F1 Asymmetric 3's but I'm wondering how well they will last.

I had Pilot Sport 3's on my E87 and they didn't last very well at all. Also Conti Sport 5's seem to evaporate.

Ideas?

P.S. I'll do the fronts next month

P.P.S. My tyres are 225/45/R18 front and 255/40/R18 rear
