Roof bar end swap

Does anyone know if you can swap the ends of BMW roof bars to change from saloon to touring fittings? I saw Thule end fixings and thought if they make the BM ones they should be easy-ish to swap?

Give a thule distributor a call, they should have a 'foot pack' for the bars you have. Alternatively stick your hand deep in your pocket for a set of thule wing bar edge's
