My gut is that if the M3 ends up with a 6 it will a slightly larger displacement than the N54/55...maybe 3.2 or possibly 3.5.
Just a hunch and not based on any real info.

If that article has any truth to it, I'm not too surprised that there's no M3 saloon. I mean, there were no e46 M3 saloons either.

I'm so glad there's no M3 sedan. I never understood it. Whenever i'd go to a BMW meet, the M3 ratio would be like 10:1 (coupe:sedan). Good business decision by BMW.
