Which option in Kombi did you change it to?

I noticed that too, the same logo shows up on mine when I choose either the M3 or M4 option.. no idea what it means though!

Most likely it is for the to be private labeled Chinese produced X1 off-shoot.

Hi any one figured out how to get back the M Performance logo on cluster display yet? it seems LCI has the normal M-Performance logo back so I brought my F30 to the dealer and updated i-step to F020-16-03-500 and use PSdZData 57.3 (i-step showing F020-15-11-505) but still show M550d and the rest of logos just like what has been discussed here, still no M-Performance logo....

I just coded the m-performance logo on the bc in my 2013 f34 with latest i-level version. In esys I saw the option 'm-performane' instead of 'mpm' which was mentioned before in this topic.

The HUD splash screen only displays for about 4 seconds, then goes away. When you start the car cold, the HUD takes 5-7 seconds before anything is displayed, so you miss it.

Try stopping and restarting the car quickly, you should be able to see the logo in the HUD.

I think the parameter KOMBI / 3110 / HUD_STARTUP_TIME can be changed to extend the start-up display time. The units are 0.1 seconds and the default is 28x (40 decimal, or 4.0 seconds). You can try increasing this, but I have not tested it, so you're on your own here. If you do change it, please post your results!

I finally tested this. Changed the time to 10 seconds werte=64 and it slowed the startup of the display but the first thing it showed was 0mph after a delay it faded in.

How did you do this? I have still not the option "mpm" or "m_performance" in the KOMBI > 3000 > BMW_LOGO in my 2014 F33 435i.

Mine used to show M550d with BMW_LOGO set to mpm (or m_performance), but I just got my 2013 335i back from the dealership for a separate issue and they updated the I-step version to F020_15_11_504.

I also updated my coding software to E-Sys v.3.27.1 and E-sys Launcher Premium 2.X with PSdZData_Lite v.58.3.

Now it displays the correct M/// Performance logo on my Kombi and on my HUD! I am pretty sure the I-step update is required for it to display correctly, but the newer coding software is also a requirement as I was not able to code my car anymore after I got it back when I tried to use my older version 3.26 software.

I also changed the HUD Startup werte value to 90 and it now displays the logo for about 14 seconds.

I set m performance in nbt and kombi, I see it in kombi at ignition off and I saw it at initial flash on nbt but no startup logo on either (nor was there initially) which option for startup logo show? Also hud is blank until displays 0mph

KOMBI / 3110 / HUD_STARTUP_TIME

And others are modifying this one:

KOMBI>3000>HUD_START_UP_SCREEN_ANZ_ZEIT = 90

My car seems to have HUD_STARTUP_TIME while most of the cheat sheets reference HUD_START_UP_SCREEN_ANZ_ZEIT, want to be sure I understand the difference before I start messing with this.

Well I still don't know the difference, but on my 2016 340i changing the werte value on KOMBI/3110/HUD_STARTUP_TIME to 90 worked like a charm. The M Performance HUD logo now floats there nicely for a bit after I start the car. I think werte 90 is about 14 seconds, but that might start at ignition on as opposed to startup as it doesn't linger for 14 seconds from engine start. Either way, it works and looks pretty cool.

This is interesting - I actually had this in my car previous to the dealer updating for the combox upgrade. When I went to code this back, it doesn't work. It did go from MPM to M-Performance - and I did code m-performance, but it still displays BMW when you start up. Has anybody else with the combox upgrade experienced the same? Again, it worked before, and now it doesn't. It's almost as if the logo was deleted from the coding set?

looks like there is writing in front of the m300i that says what he is referring to.
