There is all kinds of erosion damage on the leading edges of the compressor blades along with the big pit on the one blade. This was clearly run without an air filter on the previous car and suffered for it. Pull the housing off and check for scoring around the scroll and wheel area along with radial and axial shaft play. I wouldn’t run this turbo as the large gouge at high compressor speeds/pressure ratios of higher boost can lead to crack origination at this point of damage and through cyclic fatigue can lead to a ruptured compressor impeller.
