Will upload a photo soon.

Not because I have anything against x drive itself, but please at least remove that x drive badge because the design of it (the badge itself) is imho blinking awful. BMW what were you thinking of when you designed this?

This aside I'm voting for total debadge as I like the cleaner look plus its easier to clean & wax.

Don't worry, its a factory 'option' to de-badge.

+1 !

when I see an x drive though now I always look for the front wheel arch gap.. not sure why but it draws me to the springs and then I breathe a sigh of relief my S drive sits "normally"

ok that's a bit mean, but own up I am not the only one..

Debadge for all the previously posted reasons.

The looks are personal choice. But, cleaning has to be first up of the reasons for me. However, I did it on my 330d hoping to avoid people wanting to play (when I didn't)...

I personally don't like the side M// badges. My car is quick, but no M Car.
M// badges, in particular extra ones are a whole different debate/rant..

Also, it's fun to be unexpectedly quick... Even more so, now that the LCI has taken the exhaust counting out of the equation.

Ordered mine without the front wing M badges, looks cleaner. Agreed the XDrive badge design is a bit naff, they'd perhaps have been better to add a small x at the end of the standard badge (for those that have it).

Took them off today, excuse the poor quality, my Iphone is playing up. It actually looks much better than in the photos.

Before and after, I am happy with the cleaner look...

I have debadged the rear but have kept the M badges on the side as they make it go faster

Much prefer the smooth lines of a debadged look, seems to just suit beemers

On a side note, anyone ever think its strange how we still badge petrols as i for injection despite that technology being very much standard fare now??

330i 340i etc, surely they could think of something more relevant to current technology
