Really hot in white! Congrats!

Looks pretty loaded but the BEST feature is the 6MT. SWEET. Man I'd love to wind that out in 3rd in some mountain twisties.

My CA called and told me that my car was scheduled for its MOT inspection today. He said that since i haven't driven the car i could take it myself if i wanted to. Of course i said yes. I know there are reviews out there already so i won't bore anyone with the details other than to say it was a blast to drive.

Since the car had been cleaned, i took the opportunity to take better pictures without that pesky hood gap. I edited them into the first post. I also shot a better 360 degree video. The link is below.

I believe he was using it as a point of reference (most people know how big an iPhone is) to show how large the key fobs are and the size of the wheel gap.

That's what I thought - but I wasn't sure if you were implying that the wheel gap is kind of big, hence you might lower the car additionally.

I looked but didn't see anything evident . Since I'm going by the dealers this week anyway , because my comfort access trunk is not working, i'll ask a tech if they could take a look at the wiring schematic and let us know.

its fascinating how much the color white actually hides many of the lines. seems to really softer the car up quite a bit

Thank you SO much for your posts! I ordered a 328 M Sport in Alpine White (not quite as nice as your 335) but you have the same wheels and most other items are similar. I'm so glad I wasn't the first one to bring up the possibility of ordering Euro-spec fog lights for my car. It looks like I'd have to buy a new LCM (Light control module). I would like to have the rear fog lights too. I don't know why they subtract them from the US models. Frustrating! Oh well -- I'm sure it'll still be an awesome car. I still have a while to wait for delivery. I ordered Monday and still have not received a production number.

Thanks, again, for the posts -- they are SO helpful!

It may seem like that in some pictures, but I think in general white will show lines/curves/details on the bodywork better than most any other color. That's part of why it looks good I think. For example it makes the M sport bodywork on the front more prominent.

i think that's only because of the stark contrast to the big black holes ... undeniably though it really makes that ugly ass horizontal hood line shout out loud. may be the biggest reason i decide to go with a dark color

... which is a big shame cause i absolutely love MW

You're welcome!

There shouldn't be a problem with you changing out the LCM, if it's like my e46 then it will need to be dealer programmed to avoid getting a tamper light.

Congrats on ordering the new car. Now the agonizing wait begins. keep us updated.

Have you checked out the newer pictures i posted? In the first set the hood wasn't fully closed so the hood line looked much worse than it really is. Its much improved in the updated pictures.

I debated on going with Estoril Blue but decided against it because the majority of msport buyers seem to be going with that color, and because there aren't very many white cars where i live. After seeing the car in person i know i made the right choice. The white is really hot!

You made the right decision! White is the perfect balance between sport and class! It can go both ways. EB is sportier but an electric blue is never classy. Also, the hood line adds to the sportiness in my honest opinion, too streamlined and you are driving a
Boring luxury sedan.

It's not unusual for the suspension to settle as much as an inch in the 1st few months of ownership. Between the springs deforming slightly and the shocks losing pre-compression it will probably look a little lower in a few months.
