What name do you want to put into your EST? It is shown when you enter the PIN and NOT stored while coding

Do I just choose a name? or is it stored somewhere?

PIN I guess thats a 4 -5 digit sequence I chose or?

Use any name you want. It's stored in the token that will be sent to you.

RE: the PIN: pick any one you want. You will be prompted to enter it whenever you go try to FDL code a car.

The shop here is adding an interface to unlock the video in motion (DVD) and to add an external (FULL HD) mobile tv module installed. I guess I won't need to code the video in motion then, even for the iPhone video to work with the media craddle?

You need to first read the guides and understand Coding, and Modifying your VO, then you will understand how to change your VO, which you will need to do to switch from Basic Bluetooth to Enhanced Bluetooth, and then you will simply VO Code NBT with modified VO (FA) as follows:

Connect => Read FA (VO) => Activate FA (VO) => Read SVT (VCM) => Right-Click on NBT (the ECU itself not the underlying CAFD) => Select CODE.

With hardware Activation Model, you should need no coding, as the car never thinks it is moving. I assume this works for all Video, but I am not sure about it also working with Internet.

The F10 FRM (Footwell Module) controls all lighting, so for F30, the equavlent wqould be both FEM_BODY (Front Electronics Module) and REM (Rear Electronics Module).

KAFAS (Camera Module) should be present in both F10 and F30 depending on the car's options (e.g., Lane Departure Warning, High Beam Assistant, Speed Limit Info).

I do not understand your question about the connection and the battery. If you are asking how to connect and code the car without draining the battery, you can and should code everything with the motor running, except the DME Module.

You can use the CAF-Viewer to read any CAFD file in the CAFD folder (e.g. C:\ESysData\psdzdata\swe\cafd), or you can use the FDL-Editor to read any Net Coding Data (.NCD File) as read out from an ECU in the CAF Folder (e.g. C:\ESysData\CAF).

I'm working on a windows application with a database connected to it, so we can have a central place where all codings are stored, people are also allowed to submit new codings.

Will make the application compatible for F series and E series. I will post the app when its done.

I traveled all the Fembody folder and I can not find ==> Flemish self-aktiv


Moreover, in the f30 there is no ecu Kafas.

I find it, do you think that will be what I want.

Have you tried adding 5AC High-Beam Assist to your VO, and then VO Coding the car, rather than searching for the required FDL Codes?
