Not too many pictures of Sport Lines here. This is Mrs. KL2DC's fresh 428i F36, just the no-frills basics - Alpine White, Black Sensatec, Ash grain trim, Sport Line, Navi and heated seats. We had a blast doing the PCD last Monday!
Right off the bat, the F36 appears and feels bigger than our E90 LCI. Great interior space (for a 'coupe') indeed - feels like the old E34 or even E39 in interior width and overall space. We didn't get DHP but so far so good on the moon crater like surfaces of downtown DC streets. It rides firm like an E90 which we kinda like. Overall we are very happy with the decision to skip the F30 for the errr 'more exclusive' F36 (as Joe Walton would put it) Also credit to David Aviles and Jimmy Bach of Steve Thomas BMW for setting up the deal and all the arrangements. Great guys to work with

It's part of the 'Sport Line' aesthetics along with the gloss black bumper, side gills, exhaust and window trims. Thanks, I quite like the little touches as well.

Hi All,
I'm new to this forum and actually new to BMW. Coming from Mercedes, this is my first BMW, the 435i GC Sport. Here where I live, car prices are ridiculously expensive compared to the USA. This one had a sticker price equivalent to US$90,000. At list price the car costs about US$115,000. So given the discount, I couldn't resist the opportunity as this was the only stock they had. Some mods planned in the near future but I'm quite conservative and usually prefer to keep mods more OEM. As for now, I'm waiting for BMW to sort out the registration and prepare the car for my collection on 8th April. |

You guys are driving me crazy! My 435 GC is currently production (entered painting yesterday according to detailed production report) so I won't get it for at least another 8 weeks.
It's a Mineral Gray on Black leather that's fully loaded except LED lighting package, and I've added on as port installed options: Black kidney grill MPPK MPE looking forward to it arriving so I can start some mods: -Colored matched reflector -Color marched air vent / bimmerang -Possibly the AC Schnitzer springs since its a modest 0.5" drop -Potentially CF mirror caps and CF rear diffuser from RWcarbon.com -after a few months, I may consider the Dinantronics stage 1 upgrade (or go with the stage 2 if it's out by then) I love the look of the front splitter but I think it'll reduce clearance too much So until my car arrives, I'll be lurking on this thread drooling over your photos! |

It might sound very strange but I love those orange side reflectors on the US version, we in Europe don't get them. Anyone knows how to install them on a European version ?
