Order Cancellation

Absolutely gutted. Due to a recent change in financial circumstances I took the very tough decision to cancel my order for an F31 MSport this week, after months of excitement deliberating over my spec and waiting for delivery and viewing the various posts on this forum. I feel sick with disappointment.

If anyone is looking to place an order for an F31 MSport in Mineral Grey and doesn't want to wait, let me know - my dealer has the car; MG, Black Dakota, 19" alloys, Vis Pack, Pro Nav, Heated Front Seats, Sun Protection Glass, HK Sounds.

I will be ordering again late next year when I've saved some more. The only positive is that I will be able to change my spec and chose Coral Red instead of Dakota and get DAB as standard....hoping to get the 3.9% finance rate again too.

Has anyone been quoted finance for 2013 yet?

Shame to end the year on a sore note, but had no choice.

You are sorely in need of a forum group hug.
You did the right thing. No point being financially stretched for a car.
Look at it this way, you'll get one when they are better made and with the spec your really want. By that time there might also be a 340d!

Take care and don't fret. These things happen and are part of life.

Happy New Year.

Thanks. New Year, new hope that I will finally get behind the wheel of a 330d. Now a 340d would be very interesting!

Hope you get your seat issues sorted and can start enjoying yours.

Did you loose a deposit or were they good enough to return that to you. They should sell the car easily as somone will want to queue jump.

Still waiting to hear on the deposit. I am hoping to get it back, but I expect I'll end up with either part of it or nothing. They will certainly guarantee my business in future if they return it so hopefully they will take a sensible view.
