Rate my 328 deal

I am new to BMW and the forum and want to get your take.

Looking at a 2014 328i sedan with premium, nav and heated front seats. MSRP is $44,550. Dealer's price is $38,000. I believe this is about $3,000 below invoice. Any thoughts on this? Thanks in advance.

Really, I thought I had a good deal?!?! That is way below Edmunds true value. Is there a big factor incentive that I don't know about? Please enlighten me.

helpful points.

-just go in with a positive attitude and use that price.

-let them run your credit to show you mean business and your not a lookie loo.

-go in on a day you actually don't on planning on buying a car. do it when you have nothing to do that day.

-don't go in weak and willing to break down.

-be willing to walk out once they say no.

-if they say no, actually stand up from the negotiation table and walk out.

some questions:
which dealership is this?
how many 2014 328 units are left on the lot as of today?
