In the states we would get pulled over for having red/blue as those are only for emergency vehicles but not sure about the others

in the states you'll get into trouble for any colors other than white or amber

It's illegal for DRL's to be anything other than white (as I interpret your laws). See ADR 76.

Here are the basics:

Main headlights - White
Front Fogs - White or selective yellow
Front Blinkers - Amber
Front Hazards - Amber
Brake lights - red
Third brake light - red
DRL - White

halogen f30's come with yellow drl as standard

e90's DRL were yellow too
