NBT Retrofit radio

Hello everybody,
Yesterday i retrofitted NBT PRO to my f30.
As i was installing everything back i noticed my radio doesn't work like it used to.
Sometimes the radio just lost signal and most of the time the volume of it goes down.
I have check the plug its properly stuck but still have this problem.
Someone had this problem before with your retrofit?
Thank you guys

Did u accidentally switch the am and fm or satellite radio? Since they are not Labeled if coming from entry it’s easy to do.

Ok coming from entry they weren't colored. Make sure when putting it back that it didn't get lose. If I'm not careful when reinstalling nbt the am/fm connection can get loose.

Indeed but i did make sure it stay.
I also read in another forum that i also have to do another cabletapping aswell. I mean i have to tap pin no. 13 to 12v so it can have more power of something.
