Coding to allow F31 hatch and rear window to be open at the same time?

Is it possible to code the F31 to allow the rear hatch to be opened while the rear hatch window is already open?

A google search brought me here too!

I understand why we are prevented to do so in the first place, but I can forsee a scenario where I would need to open the rear glass before fully closing the hatch.

Anyone has a clue?

You fully understand? Are you sure? You could very easily smash the window if the tailgate could open while the glass was open. Deal with the first world problem and be thankful that someone thought about things like this before selling the cars to the public.
