meaning it's used. obviously it can only be transferred once. it was purchased new and it has been used and it's now eligible and ready for a transfer to a new owner.

I sell these licenses for my friends (I'm that guy in the circle that knows how to get them sold and sold quickly) that's why I sell them from time to time on the forums. there are so many P'Ms from persons about the licenses as I am aware the price is much cheaper than the rest of the market. because some persons haven't gotten a response they feel the need to be bitter and bash the post but that isn't cool.
