Ya, but do we have to listen to the owners of older models tell us how much more BMWish their cars are?
Honestly, that stuff is getting old, and after driving a 2011 for a couple weeks while my F30 was waiting for parts; it reminded my why I'd hadn't bought a bimmer before. Besides mechanical shortcomings, and please no offense, but it was better suited for shorter and skinner drivers, and forget about putting teenager behind a driver anywhere near 6 feet tall. The heavier steering was ok at speed, but Sport mode steering trumps that and extra boost at parking lot speeds in very welcome. (I'd love to code sport steering to remain on for other modes).
Either way it turns out I'm interested, but do like idea of F30 and/or newer model meet better

I also prefer F30 only meets and there's quite a few scheduled to come to this one. At least we'll all be there!

Don't worry there will be F30 specific meets. But always nice to have a big All BMW Meet to start off the season.

Ii everyone could make me a list of things they want to get done it would make things a bit easier and quicker just so i dont have to dig through the cheat sheets to find codes for what people want to get done

most common ones are:

1) Window roll up with fob/ca
2) fold/unfold mirrors when lock/unlocking doors with fob/ca
choose delay time (how long you have to hold fob/ca before mirrors fold in milliseconds)

3) set ASS to default last selection or default to off
4) remove idrive disclaimers
5) dvd in motion
6) amber delete
7) turn on/off corner assist (fog lights when turning)
8) enable audio through white ipod/iphone cable
9) digital speedo in cluster
10) enable sport+ mode for cars that dont have sport pack
