After many years of owning various makes and models, I decided to purchase something different and went with my first BMW— a 2013 F30 (328i). I never imagined or even considered making any mods to this car until google corrupted me! Small mods began after about 7 months or ownership and kept going ever since. For this being my first BMW, I had a lot to learn AFTER the purchase and throughout the process of modding and research. Why did I choose the N20 some may ask. Well, living in a widespread city like Houston and this being my daily driver, we needed a car with good fuel and performance. With all of the above said and having a family and home, this will be a SLOW build. My mods will be mostly aesthetics, not really performance related.

- HID headlights upgrade from halogen lights (bulbs only)
- HID fogs
- HID daytime driving LEDs
- HID parking LEDs
- just installed the Phillips SilverVision bulbs
- blacked out reflectors
- M double slat glossy black kidney grill
(Excuse the crap quality pics and filters)
- wheels coming soon...
Not planning on doing too many mods to this car. But here are some more

6/26/17 - Updated Mods
- DEPO Projector Angel Eye headlights with Elite HID lights
- 19" 437m Black/Machine faced wheels reps
- Carbon Fiber wrapped interior trim

8/19/17
- M-sport front bumper conversion

10/14/17
- M-sport side skirts and rear bumper and rear diffuser completed

11/14/17
- Wheels refinished from machine faced to graphite gray.

2/9/18
- added rear spoiler and did my fist coding on it

3/17/18
- finally, Dropped. On dinans.

4/28/18
- installed 335i exhaust (tips 2 weeks later)
- required a diffuser with dual outlets

8/30/18
- M-performance lip installed

5/9/20
- It has been sold. Definitely one of my favorite cars owned and have great memories with it.

Yes, they are. I'd like to upgrade to the angel eyes, but have other priorities first.

Are those the low beam bulbs the the faned out braded metal straps? How is vision at night? Do people flash at you? The stock halogens are truly awful. I did a xenon kit but it's more work and probably won't last as long as these do to the extra components involved. Again stock halogens =

Not sure what you mean by "faned out braded metal straps" but the first pic you see in the dark is with the daytime running lights and fogs on.

The headlights alone are bright AF! I do get flashed sometimes. Let them deal with that lol.
Xenon kit is a hassle with the BMW, so I went to my friends at HID Factory here in Houston to get them done and to add a resistor for those and for the fogs. Had to get the parking and daytime LEDs from iJDM toy.

Stock halogens make this car look like a basic sedan. Bought this car used at a great price WITH factory warranty so I'm doing the updates myself.

New Shoes

Update - 5/24 - added the new 437m wheels
19x8.5 front ET35 and 19x9.5 rear ET35
225/40 front and 255/35 rear
Bridgestone POTENZA S-04 POLE POSITION rubber
Good thing about it all...NO STRETCH LOOK with these tires.

After seeing these on the car, i'll definitely want the invest in a lower suspension. Recommendations?!

Enlighten me.

Ah, based on some of your old posts, you just seem like a douche. I already know why. And no, my headlights aren't some of those high beam brights. I may get occasional flashes but they're not bad. How do I know? Well, my wife's driven the car while I was driving my other car. Not blinding at all unless on an inclined slope.

But regardless, I'm still looking to upgrade my headlights. I like people's inputs, advice all while I continue to research and research (just in case you thought I was like the other lazy azzes you tended to criticize). Replacing the yellow halogens was truly needed as soon as I got the car. Again, I'm still a noob.

I highly doubt a person like this would do the "upgrade" (questionable) for the sake of public safety.

It's not your business whether I did or not, but since you're already here asking, that's one of the reasons as well. You can go play in traffic now.

Trim and depos look good, so do the wheels! Good call on swapping the lights. Stock halogen lights are so boring.
