They have a lot of cool stuff coming out for the F series JB4,
including support for back end flash maps like BM3 and MHD, giving you
more than you can get flash only. The JB4 is a mod that grows with
your car.

Terry said himself that the flashing isnt good enough for him to mess with right now and causes them nothing but headaches. He said as soon as a good dme software comes out he will provide free bef. I dont see anymore cool stuff coming out for my pwg car. Pwg isnt as cool as ewg lol.

They just released F series PWG ISO firmware and there is a lot of
ongoing development there. Thread is on n54tech.

You really can't force update anything. Especially if you have an iPhone that is jail broken you can run older versions of apps and block updating. I did it for years

I'd like to be able to tie JB4 boost increase to the drive modes.
Eco - Stock
Comfort - 2 lbs increase
Sport - 3 lbs increase
Sport Plus - oh... maybe 4 or something programmable based on other factors.

I asked this on the other Bimmer forum but got no replies. Does anybody provide a tune that can do this?

Yes....new firmware equals manually clearing codes every time you re-start the car. I just went back to the old firmware and all is good
