Hi guys I just checked my vin in BMWvin.com to see what the car came with (I am third owner) it has "light package" on it but my car has halogen headlights. Can I be wrong or was my car supposed to come with xenon headlights?

A headlight package would normally be called a headlight package.

on my 2016 330e I have the light package option. It means, for me, among other things full LED lighting. On my VIN report I see 552 (Adaptive LED headlights), 563 (Lights package), 5AC (Autom High-Beam Headlights control), 5A1 (LED fog lights) and 8TN (Daytime driving lights selectable).. Being in the states I also have 5AP (decoding no-dazzle) and 8S4 (decoding variable light distribution). I have a different model and year but thought this might help you figure out your situation.
