Glass Question Help! Tint/Glass.

So my car I bought was pre owned (13 328i X Drive) and it came already tinted. The tint was done exceptionally well. The only issue is the back window looks much lighter than the rest from the outside occasionally. And the same from the inside. I noticed that the brand or name on the window is different than the rest of the windows. Does BMW use different brands on the back windows? Should it have a slight shade of greenish tint?

That is the proper original rear glass.

The glass is all the same but the tint might not be. The sides are rear might have been done at different times by different shops.

A few years ago, I leased a 435i that already had dealer-applied dark tint on the rear and back side windows. After driving it for a couple of weeks, I had them replace the tint on the rear window with a slightly lighter tint because it was just too dark at night.

Dark tint on the rear window also defeats the auto-dimming mirrors. The side mirrors work off the sensor in the rearview mirror. You can code it for greater sensitivity, but I was just never happy with the tint.

This does actually happen, and I'm having more of an issue on it now than I did on my previous 328 tinted at the same shop with the same tint material.

FYI, BMW doesn't deliver cars with tint. That's an aftermarket job.
