I have a few questions in regards to the coils.
Sorry if these questions have been answered, i was not able to find them.

1. What's the warranty for the coils? (life time to the original owner, 1 year, etc)
2. Is it stainless steel body (just painted black), if not, what is it made out off? This question is for people who lives in places where it snows
3. Is it just heigh adjustable or both height and Damping
4. What's the max drop for both Front and Rear (Fender to ground)?
5. IF the car was at max drop or below certain height, does the control arm hit the body on bumpy roads?

Thanks

Alittle higher in the rear gives it a sportier stance imo.. But again, to each his own

I want to thank RC at PSI for hooking me up with this kit and getting it to me quickly. Being in Hawaii it takes forever to get stuff so it was nice to see these show up in such a timely manner. They went on quite the journey too. Taiwan to Korea to Alaska to Kentucky to Hawaii lol...

The coilovers went in yesterday. My friend, who is a professional mechanic, came over to install them at my house. The install went well with no surprises. Everything fit well too, which is always a plus. He said the install is very similar to an e90 so for you DIYers you shouldn't have to much trouble.

The coils use the stock top hats and rsm's, so you will have to reuse those. They do provide adj endlinks for the front swaybar so you will be fine there. Spring compressors are needed for the front, but not the rear. Also be sure you replace the top hat bolts, strut bar to top hat bolts, and clamshell nut as they are single use only. The top hat nut for the strut is not needed as you will be using the nut supplied from BC.

Went with 20 clicks from full soft out of 30 and set the ride height to 13.25 inches front and rear. The goal is a 13 inch ride height from wheel center, the extra .25 for now is to let the springs settle and then do final adjustments. BC uses 600 kg front springs and 1200 kg rear springs for those interested.

Iphone pics of the install:

With respect to the first post - aesthetically, the first set of pictures is much more pleasing (the "stock" set-up). I think the analogue to the second (the "drop", if you will) would be a human with normal proportions but with missing shins - as someone aptly noted, it looks "borken". It ruins the car; worse, you end up looking like a knob driving around like that. In any case, this is not a matter of right and wrong; it is, rather, a matter of taste. And, as such, the adage of "to each their own" is the appropriate one in this circumstance, for right or wrong.

I'm on stock msport wheels and tires right now. The ride is great. You can make it as soft as a Lexus if you want. I'm finding that anything over 20 clicks from soft or so is very harsh and abrupt at freeway speeds going over an expansion. Almost like the shock was overpowering the spring if that makes sense. I tried 12 clicks and that felt too soft to me, almost boat like. I currently have it at 16 clicks and I'm loving it. Not too harsh and not to soft. I am curious at how soft it is at 2 clicks so I will probably try that just to see.

m3guy is easy to adjust? Can you go through the trunk and say open the compartment or do you have to jack it up to adjust the height?

For a street coilover they are perfect. Super affordable, I'm talking 3 digit price affordable, and comfortable even when slammed. I honestly don't see the need for anything more street wise. Now if you are talking dual duty there are much better offerings out there, but from a pure street perspective these work just fine.

It is easy to adjust. For dampening adjustment you will need to jack the rear. You don't need to remove the wheel though as the droop is enough to get your arm in there. Front is adjustable from the top hat.

For height wheels will need to be removed but nothing else needs to be taken off.

I'm going with 19's. I personally think 20's are too big for the F30.
