I'm thinking of going with the superman look, coral red on estoril blue!
Fancy a change from the sea of silver, white & black cars with dark interiors on the road!

I am delighted. It's the best combo by far. Everyone loves the look of my car. They adore the seats.

There are tons on the Forum. Mine are pretty lousy. I'll see if I can find some or you can do a search.

In pics the red can look quite bright against the blue, but some have said it looks more subtle in person, what do you think?

The Coral Red is just that. It is not bright at all but a dark, deep red. Check the hue on the BMW Configurator. I would never have specced it if it looked that bright.

As I said in a previous post, I'm keeping everything crossed for you to get this car that you want so badly. RWD with a stonking Diesel is Heaven on Earth. Can't get better than that IMO.

Well I've decided I'm definitely having it! I've cancelled their direct debit, and emailed to say that I don't want the car. I hope they don't want a fight, but if they do they can bring it!

I want 6 cylinder diesel power!!

P.S. I was replying on my iphone before which doesn't show your sig below your comments! Now i'm on PC I can see it says you have superman, I didn't know before!

I put the Superman bit on this morning after our posts!

I don't think they will want a fight and will put it down to a bad deal with a smart but difficult constomer who when he sees a good deal, goes for it and won't be bullied by some small print!

Haha, yes the 320d has been given a build slot near the end of the year. It can't be much hassle to cancel it really!

In that case they can whistle down the wind and piss against it at the same time. They stand no chance and can scream and scream until they are blue in the face. Cheeky f***ers trying to bully and hoodwink you with their small print. You've done well to give them the two finger salute!

Now let's talk turkey and discuss your options on the 330d M Sport.

Haha, funny!

M sport plus, heated front seats, folding rear headrests & poss visibility pack as it makes the m sport plus pack £700 cheaper so really shouldn't add much.

What do you think?

What do you think?
Ditch the folding rear headrests.
Get the Visibility Pack.
HK is essential.
I'm not a fan of 19" wheels as for me they affect the ride quality.
Have you thought of Adaptive suspension?
Have you considered keeping the 18" wheels?
Have you considered Folding door mirrors?
Have you considered the electric lumbar support?
Oh, the very expensive Pro Nav?

vis pack is a must and memory seats if you share it,the rest is just extravagance

The headrests make a big difference to rear vision, at only £50 retail they add very little a month.
If the 18's were available in anthracite or diamond cut i would consider, i am not a fan of silver powder coated wheels these days. I want all the other components of the m sport plus pack so would actually pay more not to have 19's. It will still ride better than my 18's on my E90 due to the F30's taller tyres, and suspension.
Adaptive suspension is a lot of money, and the f30 courtesy car i had handled amazingly without it, so how much better can it be?
For the price of folding mirrors i'll fold them manually on the rare occasions they need to be.
My back never aches on my e90 m sport seats, except when i drove from Norwich to Paris in one go! I don't plan on doing that again tbh!
I use tomtom on my iphone, only getting the business media because it has better screen and controller than no nav, and the emergency call feature. I am not interested in updating my facebook status etc on my cars screen. Wouldn't mind the iphone remote app, but wouldn't pay to get it!

Good spec for the budget.

Adaptive suspension is not all that. I think it ruins the car VSS is better if in budget.

I am averse to diamond cut wheels as they are a pain to fix and can only be fixed once + cannot be insured. The 18" wheels look more delicate and less busy to these eyes. I prefer them.

I've driven a car with Passive M Sport Suspension and 18" wheels and compared it to mine (18" wheels) with Adaptive Suspension. The passive set up was still a bit hard for me, being somewhere between Adaptive 'comfort' and Adaptive 'sport'. NISFAN, who is very knowlwdgeable, is more than happy with Passive M Sport Suspension and 19" wheels.

My findings:
http://www.bimmerpost.com/3-series/reviews/page/2/
http://www.f30post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=802149

Visibility Pack, Adaptive Suspension and HK are a must for me.
I really like the folding mirrors which also dip to reduce glare.
Pro Nav, I also love. But it's a bit over priced I must admit.

Adaptive suspension does sound good, but it will add about £20 a month, so i will resist temptation!

How do you mean diamond cut wheels can't be insured?

When we took out GAP Insurance, we also insured our wheels for kerb damage. Diamond cut wheels like the 403M cannot be insured.
