My BMW App, used car, a technical error has occurred when adding a vechile

I got an error message says a technical error has occurred while adding my bmw using VIN. try again later, got same error.
I bought an used f30 bmw recently just wondering is this error occurred because someone has added this vechile before? or it's like it's said I should try again later?

problem solved, contacted customer service, reason was wrong country was selected when creating account.
