AUC guidelines?

When buying a BMW AUC, does anyone know what the guidelines are for brake pad and disc minimum thickness? I presume it's percentage?

Also what is the max difference in tyre tread permitted between two tyres on the same axle on a xdrive car?

Not sure on the pads but tyres should be no more than 2mm difference on the same axle and no more than 2 to 3mm beck to front.

I have a screen shot of some BMW info, will dig it out post.

I can concur with the 2mm rule on tyres having replaced a punctured tyre on just one side. The steering pull to the opposite side was quite pronounced. Swapped the tyres round and the pull went to the other side.
