I need a new pair of 255/35/19's so I interested to know. Thx
I think they are about the same but my AS2 were 19 on my 328i whilst I have 20 on my 340i so not a scientific comparison.

The AS3 ratings are excellent so I would go for that rather than the pzeros as in your size they are cheaper and quieter.

£177 per tyre in Asda tyres against £207 for the Pirelli. They also seem to have £10 off if you buy 2 tyres.
Thx

And the Goodyear Asy 3's are only £139.40 at Camskills

I had Bridgestone Potenza run flats on my 3 series and now have Goodyear Eagle F1''s on my 4 series GC.

From my point of view the F1's were 100% better, as the Bridgestone''s were very noisy.

Just fitted to Mich Pilot SS, to my 435d, I was expecting more a compliant & softer ride, not that impressed to be honest, road noise is much lower though

Yesterday I had my fronts (18" on 4 series) fitted with GoodYear Eagle F1 Assymetric 3 (XL as that's all they were available in, along with them being star rated) which replaced Bridgestone S001's.
Like what others have said, I think you would feel an immediate difference with any brand, purely because of the fact you are going from a tyre with hardly any tread, to ones with full tread (in my case 8mm).
My previous front tyres had worn more so on the outside edges (rest of the tyre was down to around 3mm), so I decided to get them changed as my car was going in for a major service / MOT and thought I would kill two birds with one stone and get the tyres done at the same time. I purchased my tyres online from Oponeo, whereby they were £123 each (including delivery / excluding fitting).

Will see how these perform over the coming weeks and then decide whether I change the rears to the same brand in the coming months.

I assume you have checked the pressures?

If you have moved from a RFT to a non run-flat UHP tyre like the Michelin, changes these days won't have the same 'night and day' differences of a few years ago. Go back 10 - 15 years and there was a big difference in compliance and ride quality. Vertical stiffness index for current RFT specification is not so different than a standard tyre.
