Car is in for a service on Monday. Best just to get stealer to change battery?

If it's in on Monday probably just get them to do it , just make sure they don't charge you labour for it

It's dead simple to do yourself though just pop the cover off the case and insert replacement. There's videos on you tube which demonstrate how to open the case.

It's only a 30 second job to change it yourself. Just remove the internal key and you use that in a hole that pops the back off the key. Then just swap the battery, no coding or resetting needed.

Thanks guys. Battery changed - I had spares in the "battery drawer"!

Appreciated the advice - was very easy to change. Even for a fool like me!!!
