New 435i. Harman Kardon speaker vibrations from the grill

Hi everyone,

1.
I just got my new 435i and found that the Harman Kardon system has some problem with vibrations from the grills.

It is the rear speaker on the both side. In som range of hz it will rattle the speakers grill and it is very annoying sound.

Do you guys have any idea how this can be fixed?

2.
I need to code my car, but donīt know where to get the newest program and daten files for my 435i 2015.

Do you guys know where I can find those?

Have you confirmed that it's the grilles...as in play the music that causes it, and then touched the cover and it stops? There are a few sources of rattles and buzzes in the car.

I have pushed my hands on the grill and then the annoying sound stops when playing music in some range of hz, so I think it has something with the grill.

I had the same issue with my car, rear right HK speaker. I just lifted the plastic cover and found a screw was loose. I just tightened it a little bit and it never bothered me again. Hope this helps.

i notice the grills "tizzing" & vibrating too. my front center speaker and passenger side rear deck speakers do it.

I'm going to have the dealer check them out during my first service appointment. it's annoying but hopefully an easy fix.
