Try on e-bay. There are some legit sellers selling OEM parts.

Don't you guys already have aspherical mirrors in Europe from the factory?

Yes, we have, I am looking for tinted one, as I don't have dimming functionality for external mirrors

I am interested as well but ECS Tuning was not able to confirm if the glass was tinted blue.

I would like a set for F31 with reverse-dip, electrochromatic/anti-dazzle.

Ebay.de would be a good start. After that, would be goto a dealer and ask about it. If you are able to find them over there, they will be quite cheaper than ECS. I got my euro fog light switch for about $50, where as ECS had it for $125

bimmian does ship to Germany. However I found quite number of negative review on the net about bimmian (even from this forum)...got me thinking now...

Yes. OEM fit and finish. they are heated and tinted. Do not have the auto-dim function, so that pigtail on the housing will not be plugged in. I've retro-fitted these previously on my 99 540 Sport and 08 335i without issue.
