Don't know about the US but in the UK the BMW performance brake kit is a £500ish option on all models... If you don't order them you get the same lame ones as used on every other BMW.

Its possible that it might be standard on the bigger engine models though but we won't know until the full specs are released!

Probably because there were signs up saying no photographs! Stupidly I obeyed It was also only in the BMW owners section upstairs so most people didn't see it.

Know your history

I notice a lot of people complain about the "headlights touching the grill" or the "straight cut" hood line. Both of those design elements go way back, and I don't remember anyone complaining about the looks of an E9 coupe.

The headlights are IN the grill (like all BMW's were) and the hood line is almost dead straight across. I wish the new hoods opened in reverse like the classic cars! That would would be cool!

I very much prefer the 3 series coupe, and M3 coupe.

Now, they look stunning.

On the other hand:
The new 435i/4-series looks bland.

It looks as if BMW is trying to open up the market, so-to-speak, to entice more and more buyers to buy the new 4 series.

The front is below average.

The grille pops out of the front.

The hood line is noticeable, which is weird, but BMW might have saved some production costs because of this.

The back looks great.

The side is okay.

But, the fender vents... supposedly is a practical addition to the M-sport package. If it is not used for anything except for looks, then the fender vents are out of place and tacky.

Or maybe, the fender vents are to differentiate the regular 4 from the 4 M sports package?

I sincerely hope the M4 is a much more aggressive/better looking car than the regular 4-series.

Confirmed. In the UK at least, the M Sport brake kit is only available as £570 option on M Sport spec vehicles, regardless of engine size.

This blue matches this coupe MUCH MUCH MUCH better than the sedan...

This car combo is absolutely drool-worthy...

They are controversial to be sure, but they are functional. See here. I think people make too big a deal about them.

Would you be able to photo shop the rims in black instead of grey? Want to see what it would look like.

What do you guys think about blacking out the rims vs leaving it chrome with the EBII color? Does BMW paint the rims for a set fee built into the price of the car?

Looks so much better with the black grills. Not sure about the wheels but don't dislike them either
