Xdrive and Tires Question

Recently bought wheels for my 2014 435i xdrive. They are 19x8.5 in the front and 19x9.5 in the rear. Was wondering if you guys could tell me what tire sizes I can run with this staggered set up. I'm looking to go pretty wide in the rear while staying within the 1% rule as well as keeping them low profile maybe a 40 side wall. It will be lowered on H&R sport springs and if you guys have any tire recommendations as well that would be great!
