proven by who? i doubt it would perform like a regular coilover on a racetrack. i wouldn't trust my life on that. it could be drivable at the track but then again you're not there to just drive around.

I didn't catch the coil overs they used in the video. Did anyone else? They had a ton of body roll on the coils which is not a characteristic of them. At least not mine that are H&R. Very curious if they did an apples to apples test by price point. The cost of air set up with a comparable cost of the coil overs would be the fairest way to compare.
Don't get me wrong, I like air and i think it has its place. I wouldn't mind it actually, but the set up is very expensive and from guys I know in the mini trucks (my background growing up) always had reliability issues. |

Yeah and I can sort of understand the reasoning behind why, but it also makes the test pretty irrelevant and useless.

Your car looks great cant wait to see the m3! As to the test performed by airlift performance, it holds no value. If they want to make a fair comparison they will need to include what coilovers were used because a good air system will run you at least $3,500. I would be curious to know what coilovers were used and at what settings. Because i have a cheap set of BC racing coilovers and i have done 2 autocross events with them so far, and even with dampening set in the middle i do not have even close to that much body roll. And watching all the other cars out at the event the only cars with that much body roll would be stock.
