Yes sir. If it wasn't for the MSD's it would have been $615 a month

EDIT: Still a good deal though. According to what I see out there.

are you sure they applied that 3500 as MSDs?

1) your MSD amount is 550. 3500 isnt a multiple of that, nor do they take partial MSDs.

2) even with a full buydown of the MF, the october numbers were 0.00085 with an RV of 62%; this nets a payment of 595 if your MSRP was 62K with a selling price of 57K

the only way i can get a payment close (534.92) is with
MSRP 61645
Selling price 56795 ( invoice including training (180) minus the october option credit (750))
Cap cost reduction of 3500
RV 62%
MF 0.00135

your broker may have gotten his wires crossed.

check your lease. you should have that 3500 in box 9, section A, line 3. if its in line 1, your broker messed up and that money wont be coming back at the end of the lease.

Correct it was $61,645

6 MSD's total. 3300 actually

On my BMW financial account it says Security Deposit $3300. All good. My broker nor my dealer would never mess up. Been in this lease game a long time.

Congrats on your new GT as well.
