Looks like only the front end and trunk lid was changed: bumper, hood, fenders, trunk, and probably ducting etc. Rear quarter panel and rear bumper is still the non-flared 4 series.

Eh, FC4 likes to troll everyone.

No offense, but it's retarded to spend several thousand dollars on original M4 parts and labor to retrofit onto a 435i. At the end of the day, it's not an M4, and OP has likely spent thousands more than the difference in cost between an M4 and a 435i anyway. Adding an M4 front end is also not "making something unique" because guess what...now it just looks like an M4 from the front. How unique is that? But, yes, the M4's front end certainly does look better.

OP asked "what you guys think?" Remember?

Similarly, I laughed at a guy on another forum who was about to spend $10-15K modding his 435i who was unaware it still wouldn't be as fast as a stock M4. He then sold the 435i and bought an M4.
Yep...

Which goes back to the debate of tuning my 335i because once I do that a 7 year/100k warranty is no longer an option. If I experience a power train failure, the cost to fix it + purchase price of the car would be nearly the same as purchasing an M3 from the get go.

Awesome, and I love how you kept the rear a 435. The past two generations I have preferred the msport rear compared to the M rear.

Beautiful conversion.

I'm all for swapping out front/rear bumpers, let's face it they generally look better than the M-Sport aero kit, but putting the signature M fender vent/panel is a no, no in my book.

looks great and nicely done. since its just bolt on parts, i dont see the big deal with these conversions anymore. now if LTMW had spliced up an i8 bumper onto a 435, id be more impressed. This is nothing more than adding new fenders and bumper with a trunk replacement.

It's very nice and looks amazing. But I'm going to agree that you should cover up the M4 on the fender. And maybe even put a 435i emblem back on the rear deck. Otherwise it's not much different than kids with Integra GS-R's putting a Type-R sticker on their cars.

There's modding and i can appreciate dropping the car, custom wheels, and other tidbits, but modding it to look like another car is not the same. Putting a power dome and side vents which is only unique to a true M car is pretending. The car looks good though, looks like a nicely modded M4, but it isn't. would have been more cost effective to do a 2 year lease on the 2013 and get the M4 once out. The argument of getting the car in 2013 and can't wait doesn't make sense because he had to wait until the oem parts to become available to do the conversion. Same wait time, higher cost, and still a 435 at the end of the day. I get the culture of modding and see why some people spend $20k on a $15k car, but they are truly making it unique. This is a conversion and the only mods are the drop, trunk, and CF front spoiler add-on. In my book, conversion != mods. This is not even a true conversion, just a cosmetic one. If you want to see one, go to Audizine where someone in SoCal wanted to be the only S4 avant in the U.S. And he bought an S4 sedan and an A4 avant and literally swapped all the mechanical parts. I can respect that even though it still boggles my mind why someone would spend the money when he could have had an e63 AMG wagon for the total cost of the project.

Oh boy here we go....

I mean honestly to each his own. If the guy has the money wanted to mod I find that perfectly ok. Who can tell someone else how to spend his/her extra cash.

Would I mod my 335 into an M3?! No way! I want the real deal!
But as far as the "retarded" word being thrown out for doing this is very harsh and rude.
When I was 23 years settled into my career I was tossing cash on much more useless stuff like getting wasted with women and shit...was it a waste fuck yeah but it was my choice!

Doesn't mean I'm or he's retarded just stating people do things in life what they like and enjoy.

I think it looks great, but for two things. I think the car sits too low and the wheels are too big, which probably will result in a horrible driving car. I never understood why people like 20s.

I think raising the car and go with 19s on would be awesome. But to each his own.

In any event, congrats OP.

Yeah 20's look great until you have to drive them in the streets and end up bending wheels with the rubber band tires. I have 19 and even at times that's too much.

Why do all that? With all the money you spent, you could have just gotten a M3 or M4, or at least leased one.

Makes no sense.

Love the work and effort OP has put into his car, to each their own. Anybody that mods cars or works on cars will understand the thrill of doing it.....and at the end of the day it is his car and his money. And the rest of the forum can then respectfully provide their feedback.

I have had the chance to be around different people modding different cars, cheap ones to Ferraris, and everybody has their own reason or desire for doing it.

Good job OP
