Used 335d- Optimistic price?

http://www.pistonheads.com/classifie...xperiment=true

It's fully loaded, but still seems overpriced to me, given the current discounts on offer!

It's been on autotrader a while! Yea great spec, but having an absolute laugh with the price! £5k more gets you a brand new M3, with all the advantages of BMW finance etc!

Ha, that's a joke! We had a poor newbie guy on here a few months ago try to sell his 335d for I think over £50k.

We all know new cars lose money BIG time, no matter how loaded they are, and given the discounts on offer on new cars, doesn't make any sense at all to pay that kind of money for a second hand one.

totally agree. It is a used car anyway, buyer will be a second owner. I think £42-45k would be difficult to get IMHO.

Good spec but too pricey.

Also lot of option you would only really choose if good bit cheaper.

I believe some people got very well spec'd 335d's for 1 k or so cheaper?

This car doesn't have much that mine doesn't, except maybe the driver aids and surround view, and individual leather. Though mine is metallic, a tourer and has a tow bar, and I can assure you, I got it for a lot less than £50k!!!

Especially daft price when you could buy this 2014 640d Gran Coupe M Sport with 156 miles on the clock, and from a franchise dealer for £500 less!!

It's the same guy that was trying to sell it on here I think. Maybe he was one of the few who pay list price and doesn't realise we could get him that car new all day long and save him a few grand on that price. Lol. He needs to drop his price about £ 10k to shift it.

That's just insane! I was originally looking at AUC cars and even with only the BMW contribution I was better off buying new and taking advantage of the PCP rates for the warrantee period... Journey down country for a AUC car and so a diminished bargaining position relative to the distance traveled... Great man maths... A*

I'm going to be a 5 year man so I wanted a car treated right from day one.

Who would, and could, pay £50k for such an individually specified car and an unknown quantity, with no assurance other than the standard warrantee. What treatment has such a powerful car had over the first 1000 miles?

Or, maybe he's trying to launder some cash...

It's a Flat White, not Metallic, not an Individual Metallic. Fail on 3 counts.
