No problem so far. i just drove my car all the way from Chicago to Houston 19 hours straight. turbocharged cars actually benefit from muffler deletes

Did you leave the electrical connection plugged in to the actuator or disconnect it?

Thanks

I just got this done. I like it but at 2000-2500rpms it is very deep (maybe this is drone). too deep for me. Above/below this range it sounds great. I have the 8speed Auto transmission. At highway speeds cruising there is no drone. Is there anything I can do for this.

My meisterschaft gt is essentially a muffler delete plus resonator delete...The drone is incredible under 2500. Just wondering if you others with similar set ups are getting any vibration in the car?

wow really. that is crazy for such an expensive setup. I think I may purchase the m performance or cut open the stock and see if I can make it a little louder.

Well it has many other features as well, most notably, its missing any type of resonator or muffler. and it make the car feel/sound like a 500hp beast.

disconnecting the battery resets the ECU witch may help the car adjust to the new exhaust system

Interesting, but what exactly would change? The new exhaust just increases air flow I thought? The car is doing pretty well, the vibrations Im talking about come from the center console(the little charger thing in the middle).

The new exhaust is a lot less restrictive then the factory exhaust. the engine has to adjust to the new set up disconnecting the battery may help speed up that processes.

Too low exhaust back pressure is only a concern on non-turbo engines. On turbo equipped engines the turbo itself provides back pressure, so you just want as much flow as possible.
