How do you kick a phone call from in-car back to the phone?

I know there's got to be a way, it just doesn't appear to be obvious. Of course you can just disable Bluetooth on the phone itself, but again, there must be an iDrive button you can use.

My iPhone has an option on the screen to alternate between phone, speaker or car whilst on a call.

My Nexus 4 also has a button on the call screen to switch between bluetooth, speaker, and earphone speaker.
