Time Shift for terrestrial radio

Is it possible to add timeshift to terrestrial radio? i found this when doing some coding the other night:

ENT_MC_TIMESHIFT_REC

The comments for this item is "enable the timeshift recording function of tuner stations"

I changed it to aktiv but didn't notice a difference.

This was on a '14 f30

I have looked a little closer in esys and still haven't figured out how to make this work. I am on 50.4, wondering if I flashed it to 51.x would make any difference.
